Chief Operations Officer

Graham has 20+ years of experience within the defence industry working with both government agencies and the supply chain to deliver equipment and infrastructure projects in highly regulated, secure environments. He has also consulted on transformational change programmes implementing enhanced Project Management and Project Controls approaches and facilitating clients with learning and development of P3M resources within their teams.

Dean’s passion has always been putting people first. With over 30 years’ experience in consulting and secure technology, Dean has worked on a number of successful people-centric transformation programmes driven by technology. Prior to IMD Group, Dean held a number of senior leadership positions in companies such as BMT and VEGA Group and consulted on technology programmes in the UK and overseas. A keen entrepreneur and rugby coach – Dean enjoys nothing more than working with, and developing people that share his friendly, open and trusting approach.

Alan Gaby

Chairman

Having previously held a number of senior leadership positions in high growth technology and consulting businesses – Alan was appointed IMD Chairman in July 2019. Prior to this, Alan led the MBO, growth phase and successful exit of data analytics and AI business, Tessella Ltd, as Chief Executive. With more than 30 years’ experience in the defence sector, Alan has operated in a broad range of industry verticals for companies such as VEGA Group Plc. and EDS Defence.
